  • The Saks location in Toronto is a 'pleasant' experience overall, but not outstanding. The associates are helpful and courteous which is fantastic, considering that similar retailers (which are Canadian, and I won't mention names) have a high employee to customer ratio and cannot provide a similar level of customer service, given that their associates are far too busy socializing and are immersed in their phones and in themselves. There is a great selection of shoes, handbags, accesories, makeup and clothing which is 'high end' merchandise, but this may also draw away certain customers. However, unlike other 'high end' retailers in T.O., Saks goes out of their way to acknowledge and appreciate each customer, which I find to be an invaluable asset.
