  • First I will start with the positive. They have great prices and a beautiful selection of furniture. I purchased a new couch a couple weeks ago and was very happy with the item and the cost I purchased it at. I opted to pick up the item from the store when it was delivered as I didn't want to pay the delivery charge. When the item arrived a week later (which was great as they told me it could take two weeks) I went down to the store to collect it. As I was loading it into the truck I noticed the bottom mesh of the couch was torn the entire width of the couch and one of the wooden legs was chipped. I told them I would not take it in that condition and they said they understood and would order me a new one. While I was upset I was happy they were so helpful. While it took a couple weeks the store was able to order me a brand new couch in great condition. They were also very sorry for the situation.
