  • I am not a shopper and I especially dislike shopping for necessities like bras, but an awesome associate made the experience a great one. As soon as I walked in Irma (I hope I have her name right because she was awesome) greeted me. She could tell how lost I was and instantly started helping me. She asked several questions about what I was looking for and showed me examples to help choose something. In the fitting room she introduced herself and did a fitting so that she could find some bras for me to try on. This is where the service goes beyond what their competitors offer. She brought back some options, but kept working with me. She would check each one so that she could troubleshoot issues and find one that worked best. She also wasn't pushy toward one option or another and insisted that I find what I thought was comfortable since I would be the one wearing it all day. I really appreciated her ongoing help and determination to help me find something that worked. I tried on many options and she was very patient. The prices seemed right in line with other stores charge. They weren't a bargain, but they weren't overpriced either. Even better, there was a sale the day I was there so the second one was half off.
