rev:text	Is a zero possible.? This outfit goes by many names but the results all sound the same. If you read their reviews and get past the few friends that gave them a thumbs up, you will quickly realize that these people are all Vultures that want to take your vehicle and never give it back. I was unfortunate enough to be sucked into their trap and payed dearly. I see a gal on a regular basis and parked in a loading zone for handicapped people that require an extra space for a wheelchair lift. Since there has never been anyone with that requirement in the three years I have been going there everybody uses that spot. Somehow these Vultures I think got a contract for the complex, but it's also very possible that they just cruise where ever they want to find cars. I've read reviews on this site where people have had their cars towed from the city streets around an Apartment Complex that were parked legally. Since I was backed in it should have been an easy tow with the boom that lowers to ground level and just picks up the front tires and is off and away in under four minutes. They do take photos of the vehicle before they tow it. In my case they took their photos and then backed in to take my car the only problem is the amature driving blew out my LF tire. What happens next is that they pull forward and take a different set of pics that show a flat tire. I know this because they showed me the set of fake pics that they show everybody that rightly claim damage. The problem with this deceptive ploy to not pay for damage and disable the vehicle so it's more difficult to take from their Greedy possession is that I have been in the tire business a long time and I know tires better than they know how to fleece the public. I just recently put a new set of wheels on my car and had a choice of six tires to go with. I got to inspect every tire off of a wheel and mark each one with a yellow tire crayon. I also know tire damage and I couldn't have driven anywhere with a tire with a huge gash on the inner sidewall. I show up the next day to pick up my car and I go to the office pay my $117.00 and drive away. When I show up I immediately noticed that my lf tire was damaged. I walk towards the office in the storage area and ask the troll in the window of the Trailer Office if I can get a Damage Claim Form. He completely blew me off and told me to go back to the other trailer, there I was shown the fake pictures. I blew out of there and went to go back to where my car was and started taking pictures of the damage, Then Mr Window get's upset and tells ( I'll call him Cleatus) to remove me from the property. So homeless looking Cleatus comes up to us and thought he could physically remove us. I turned around and let it be known that he would not be doing anything to us. I figured out quickly that I was wrong because Cletus towed my car 150 yards into the desert and dropped it, as he drove past he said something like good luck getting your car home with a flat tire asshole. After the Holidays and all it took me six weeks to save up the money to get a tire. Good thing I had an original tire & wheel to use. Somehow this company has landed a City Contract that allows them to tow cars that are involved in accidents. I would do everything I could in that case to make sure that they never touch my car. I would call a different tow company despite the lies that they tell you. The word as of now is the Phoenix Police will encourage you with some form of misinformation to do that. The public needs to be aware that Vultures are out there and they won't only get to you through your computer, but that they are much closer and way more dangerous.
