  • I would like to share my story before any bride has to experience what I have gone through. My wedding was filmed in mid June in Las Vegas, the videographer Tim did show up to film the wedding everything seemed great. Little did I know that this would turn into the biggest nightmare. I didn't want to seem pesty in the beginning getting on top of them to see when my edited video would be done as their contract gives them 90 days. So on 9/7 after patiently waiting I decided to reach out via email to rebecca. No response. A week later sent another email that I had received no response I get a reply literally within mins, when was your wedding. I reply June 15th. Again within minutes I get a response it will be done in a week or two and the editor will email you. Two weeks goes by I had sent another email that I still have nothing. She replys I will reach out to my editor. Next day I send another email have you reached him/her, she replys I can't reach him and I'm getting very angry. A few days later I realized I still had the email of the gentleman who had filmed my wedding (Tim) so I sent off an email to him to see if he still had my footage and could be of any assistants. He replys that the company had reached out to him and that his computer clears out all files every 3 months and he told the owners he sent the footage to them a while ago and no longer had the master file. I then send another email to Rebecca to play the game I said have your heard anything yet this is getting ridiculous. This was her response.."Hi Ranae I'm still waiting on my editor to get back to me on when this will be completed. I'm sorry it's taking this long but my editor has been out of town and he recently returned and ever since the communication with him has been very seldom at best. I apologize but I'm trying to take care of this as fast as I can for you. The person who filmed your wedding, Tim, is also our editor." so I then replied then why can't he finish my video (already knowing I had spoken to Tim and my footage is no longer) she reply's "That's what I'm saying he is the editor. He filmed your wedding and he also edits for us so he's taking care of it." I then replied Tim is not taking care of it I just spoke to Tim. She then got extremely defensive and asked how I knew, I explained. She then started replying to me with screenshots of text messages between her husband and Tim. The texts that she sent me were dated on a Wednesday stating he no longer had footage and she was telling me 4 days later he was taking care of it when she already knew it was gone and was stringing me along. I demanded a refund knowing I will never get my video she agreed but that she had to contact her attorney.I gave her 1 day to do so and then asked if she had gotten ahold Of them and her response was I have been tied up. I replied "I don't understand why a refund can't just be made without speaking to the attorney. I made my payment online in full I have received no video and there is no footage anymore it has been deleted. We are now surpassed the contact deadline in addition I will never receive my video. I would like my refund and you can do what you need to do with your attorney at a later time to collect your damages and go after whoever you have to within your company for this problem." No response. That was on 10/3 Still nothing and realizing I will get no where I have contacted my attorney. STAY AWAY from this business! I have every email to back this review up.
