  • One of the top breweries in Charlotte in my humble opinion. Fantastic bar, ropes and lights and wood and puffer fish. Awesome, and makes sense when you're there. Really tasty beers that feel more mature (the recipe maybe)? Very Belgian influence but don't let that scare you. There were some more hoppy offerings to balance out the typical Belgian flavors. We didn't get a chance to eat but will be back.
