  • When you go into Firestone at 11:00 for an already made appointment to get your oil changed, then they ask if you would like some filters taken care of and say that it will be around $100...you will sit waiting until about 2:00pm and have a bill of over $300....Time that I did not have was wasted today alongside money that needed to be spent in other places. The men at the front desk were kind but if you are looking for a place to get your oil changed I suggest not going to the Firestone on 1111 East McKellips Road. There are plenty of Firestones with much better service.
