  • UPDATE 2/8/18: We got a call about our missing refund a day or so after I posted this latest review. They ended up canceling out the previous check and sending another one out via UPS 2-day directly to the office so we could pick it up. I have to say, most places wouldn't care much less go out of their way to make it right, but the office came through for us so for that, I'm thankful. I'll bump my rating back to a 2-star for that saving grace. ********* I'm now giving this place 1 star. We're still waiting for our deposits to be returned after 3+ weeks of waiting. Arizona law states the refund and any itemized deductions must be returned WITHIN 14 business days. We're past that. We've been told that the check was cut on January 5th from their corporate office in Houston. It's now the 26th. Apparently, Arizona law doesn't apply to this company because I was told it could take 30 days to get our refund back to us so if we don't have it back by Feb. 5th, to contact them again and they'll reissue another check. So we can wait another 30 days for that one to show up?? Unacceptable.
