  • The Aveda Institute is definitely a place that I cannot stop giving rave reviews about. I have been here several times for a hair dying job and trims and I do think I have given the students a struggle. The first time I came in I had chestnut hair, however the hair dye job was awful and was very uneven all over. After several hours they turned my dark brown hair into a beautiful medium strawberry blonde color that I absolutely adored. Several months later I realized I was bored of my hair color and decided to go to a blue which they did amazing with. Soon I'll be going to a purple and I have no issues trusting the students with my hair. I am awful with names so I cannot remember all the students that did my hair so unfortunately I cannot give them the recognition they deserved but each student I've had has had phenomenal customer service skills and made me feel comfortable despite being at the salon for such a long time. They always checked in to make sure I was okay and comfortable and engaged me with conversation to pass time. I think most of all my favorite thing about the Aveda Institute is the environment. Everyone who is studying here has been so sweet you get flooded with compliments as you come in. They give each other encouraging words and it just seems like a sweet little family here. Overall, I highly recommend the Aveda Institute. Its cheap, nice, and everyone here is so friendly and sweet. The products they use is amazing and with their excellent skilled hands, you always come out looking great.
