  • Took my son a few months ago. Was fine. Received a coupon in the mail and figured I'd take all four kids back. Checked in online. Showed up, short wait was fine. Prepubescent punk with bright red hair checks us in. I showed her my coupon and am told "you can't use it" so I ask why. "Because we have a sale right now on haircuts" Ok. But my coupon price is cheaper than your sale. What is the problem. Utter confusion took over. Nobody can tell me why my coupon SENT FROM GREAT CLIPS cannot be used. Here. At great clips. Where I came BECAUSE I HAD A COUPON. Not one kid was offered a shampoo before having their hair cut. I will not be back.
