  • We are opening a small business and needed our front lock re-keyed. I called Laura the Lock Lady on Thursday afternoon in hopes of securing a Saturday appointment, and she was MORE than accommodating. She explained eveything I needed to know and even gave me an estimate. Her price was extremely reasonable, even lower than I had anticipated. Plus, she called 30+ minutes out to let us know she was on her way (2 hr appt window), and she even arrived a few minutes early! Best Locksmith services in town ! Our new lock works beautifully. No more worrying about a key breaking off in the door. Thank you Laura for 5-Star customer service !
