  • I just happen show up the same night that a new Harry Potter book comes out. I was there 3 hours before the book is released (midnight), and the place was packed. The staff spotted me looking lost and helped me get my book and I was out. I must say that they were by far more organized than I thought they would be, I would have given them 5 stars but the lady at the register was really rude to me.
