  • I love the stylish frames and brands they carry. If you notice, they don't carry the same brands as a Lenscrafters would. We are talking about more high end brands (Oliver Peoples for example) and more unique style of frames (Face a Face, for example). If you want to distinguish yourself with your eyewear, this is the place to come. I bought my eyeglasses there close to 2 years ago and last weekend, I bought designer sunglasses (b/c they were on sale and miraculously, fit my face). I was surprised they still have my details on record. Now that I have purchased 2 separate items, I really want to know if they will do any direct marketing campaigns. How do they treat their customers? Because I want to see what happens next, the review is only 3 stars and not higher. The staff is attentive and friendly but clearly, they are trying to ring a sale. As part of the aftercare you receive, you can come in at any time to get your frames adjusted, get your eyeglasses cleaned (I know they cleaned my Oliver Peoples once even though I did not purchase those there), and you receive complimentary cleaning kit free of charge. Even if you are just popping in to get your frames adjusted, they will service your request with a friendly smile without trying to sell you another pair or upsell you.
