  • Scott called me at noon the next day to tell me he forgot about my appointment because he was moving and didn't have wifi. He asked what he could do to make it up and when I asked what he was offering it was dead silence. I told him just forget it and hung up. I won't do business with someone that for gets about an appointment for over a day. Makes me question how good of a job will be done if you can't show up on time or even call for more than 24 hours after the original appointment time.
