  • I visit this Morris Costumes frequently, as my daughter is a dancer. However, this Friday evening, I just needed to pick up some jazz shoes. Didn't need to try them on, didn't need to ask questions. I knew what size and brand I needed. I waited a little over 10 minutes for service, as the woman who was working in the dance shoe department at the time went outside and was having a conversation with a customer. I was probably there 20 minutes in total, and she was outside the entire time talking, even after being paged twice. I've never had any issues here - never ever. Employees are always nice, very helpful, and quick to ask if you need service. Not sure what happened on this day but it kind of left a bad taste in my mouth.
