  • The young lady who greeted us told us "one minute" twice as we waited 15 minutes each time but was still able to answer the phone while we were right in front of her. When she finally helped us, she said it would be about 30-45 minutes for an oil change. She took our keys, and we left to grab something to eat and came back about 30-45 minutes later our car was still untouched and not serviced. Customer Service thumbs down.
