  • I'm appalled that mert's has a 3.5 star rating on here. If you are looking for food-coma inducing, delicious soul food, this is your place. I usually go for the salmon cake meal with Mac and cheese and collards and I drool over the delicious cornbread they bring as an appetizer. Everything here is melt in your mouth indulgent and the atmosphere is so fun. Go for the strawberry cake if you manage to save room. You will not regret it. As a side note this place also has a pretty decent brunch.
