  • Do not rent here!! It is so ghetto. Last weekend my bathroom was being flooded by the apartment upstairs. The maintenance guy did get a plumber here and fixed the leak. Maintenance told me the hole in the ceiling would be fixed by Wednesday. I waited all day and nobody showed up. I went to the office and they said I wasn't on the schedule. They tried to explain it by saying it would take 3 days to dry???? It had already been four days. Duh!!!! Today the maintenance guy came to drywall the hole in my ceiling. He was here 1 hour and said he was going to lunch and would be back in 1 hour. 3 hours later he still hadn't returned. I called and they said he would be here in 1 hour. He showed up. Spent 10 min. And did NOTHING. He said he will be back tomorrow. This place is always dirty and the gates have not worked for the 5 months I have been here. This is a SLUM!!!!!
