  • Came in with a friend today to get a gel color change. Granted, we walked in and didn't call ahead or make an appointment, however, it took over an hour for our nails to be done. Firstly, we were rushed to select our gel colors which led to me choosing a color I'm not very happy with. Secondly, in order to make the process go "faster" the lady at the front wrapped our nails to remove the other gel polish but left the foil on for 30+ mins. Also was pretty painful when she filed down my nail polish and scraped it off. I've never experienced pain at a nail salon before... After our nails we're done, me and my friend were unhappy with the quality. Our nail polish was very bubbly with lots of the gel stuck to sides of our nails. I don't expect this manicure to last very long and when it does peel off, I will not be returning to this place.
