  • So far I have gotten a 2011 535i, a 2014 X3 and 2015 335i through Joe Lena in sales. My wife and I have had the best experience ever at Chapman thanks to Joe and Bobby. These deals have been hassle free with Joe. Our first time, my wife and I were there for less than an hour and every time it gets quicker. He listens to what you want and delivers. For service, go to Bobby Stewart, he is the best service advisor!!! Both Joe and Bobby are awesome and are the best!! If you have any issues with service, contact Doug Strobot, the service manger. He'll take care of any issue and make it right. I forgot to mention Michelle the finance / paperwork lady, is awesome too. Thank you all! Thank you Chapman.
