Got lied to !!!!! Do not go into this location unless you are ready to be scammed and told lies. These people are crooks! The management doesn't care and the sales staff will tell you anything they want to get you to sign contracts and get stuck in contracts you don't even know about. Earlier this year I went into Verizon as a long time customer to upgrade my phones on the account. A sales associate named Brad Schwartz told me a device was being added to accounts for free with no monthly charge to allow you to access wifi wherever you need it. Sounds amazing right? Who wouldn't want that? I signed the contract under the impression nothing with my bill would change and I would be allowed to have wifi access anywhere I went....ummmmm, no not the case at all. It pulls from your wifi plan you have with Verizon and your device is a $20 fee each month. Oh wow was I upset! Ok, benefit of the doubt there has been a mistake so I go stop in and explain what's going on with Brad. He assures me the bill will be changed and I will see a credit to my account. Another month goes by and I do not have a credit and the bill has only been reduced $5 from the previous month. Slightly more irritated I head back into the store to speak with Brad and he tells me it isn't right, makes me wait a solid 20 minutes for him to come back and assure me things have been fixed. I asked him to write it down and sign off the changes to my account and the dates they will become active. Well, next bi comes around and no credits again plus the bill is not changed! Now I'm unhappy. Call the store ask for a manager and they promise to call me back and never did. Call customer service and the best they could do is cancel the device for a early cancellation of $175. I am now waiting for a call back from a manager at the store but doubt that will happen again. I am calling other companies to see if I can leave Verizon after having been a customer for over 5 years. They don't care about lies, scams and customers. BYE
