| - Wow What an experience I want to forget....... I originally purchased a bundle with DTV and Centurylink,,,, Make sure when they install, to get all info on bundle and terms in writing,,, or they will string you along for months. I ended up paying over $200. more over the 4 months to get the terms and what I needed to do. Then with those terms you give up all rights,,,, to change plan before it doubles on you..... Then they will constantly iie on phone and online support, never giving exact info. After my year promotion was up, I called a few days before and changed plan, The rep said all under $60, next bill was $94 with a 29 day refund for a over charge of $70. I called again and changed to most minimal plan, Rep said it will be $30 plus tax. I also asked again for itemized bill, they will sneak in MISC charge $17 on one of mine still unresolved.
You and Centurylink will have a case in court......I have all promotional info, from original offer and all interactions with you and centurylink with the past few months bills from both with you on both.
You can consider this a cancellation notice at the end of what I have paid you. At that point you can cancel service and pickup equipment including dish. Also at that point, you will be charged rental use of my property, at $50 a day. I consider this a contract just like yours. You know the contracts you never send to customers.
This is at least posted and at end of paid service. you will be charged for not picking up equipment.
