  • My daughter is a huge Pink fan, any chance she gets she visits this store. We normally go to the one at Meadows Mall and never have issues but decided to go to the Fashion Show because they have a larger selection. What a mistake, it was beyond crowded, we stood in line for about 15 minutes then when we got to the cashier it was nothing but problems, we asked to exchange a shirt and they screwed up and refunded me, then I showed them my 30% off coupon on a single item and Lee the cashier said I had screened shot the coupon and it expired 3 days ago and refused to honor it even after I was finally able to get it to load ( wifi sucks) on the Pink Nation App which he still didn't believe but after he saw I was beyond upset he finally said I'll go ahead and give it to you even though it has expired. He pretty much said I had lied. I was so hurt and embarrassed especially after I heard another customer say all that for $2, trust me I wouldn't have cared about $2 it was 30% off and my word, that Is what I was upset about. How dare he accuse me of trying to use an expired coupon when I had proof on your app. My daughter was so upset as well. If it weren't for Kiana the floor sales rep catching me before I left and trying to make me feel better I would never step foot in another Victoria's Secret/ Pink store ever again. The customer service at this location should really get 1 star!
