  • I'd complain about the service but there isn't any! I went in to purchase a pair of shoes as a gift, the sizes they had were limited. No one working there offered to help me, what the hell do I know about women's shoes? I found a pair and waited in line to pay. I asked the girl working there what their exchange policy was and she told me two weeks, I told her that I would know tonight if they fit or not. Then the girl working behind here said that all shoe sales are final. Really???? If they don't fit they won't exchange them for another size??? So now I'm heading to one of their competitors, they lost my business with that policy. I understand that I'm not important, I'm just a customer!
