  • Another visit, another transcendent bowl of ramen. The Momofuku Ramen is not traditional, but it is the best in the city. Try dragging your noodles through that soft-poached egg and telling me otherwise; it can't be done. For a noodle joint, Momofuku had a very solid rotating beer selection. I've enjoyed the house peach ale, Hitichino Nest witbier, Goose Island's Matilda, and most recently the Side Launch Wheat Ale; all were delicious, and a good match for the ramen.
