  • No matter when your appt. time is add 40+ min wait time to it and expect to sit in a crowded room with not enough chairs. If you are brave eniugh to approach the front desk staff to inquire about the wait be prepared for nasty remarks. The last time I asked the woman didnt even look up from her computer just replied, "she is next". Mind you this is an hour after my daughters appt time. No apology, no sincere concern, just basically go away attitude. I despise this place and dread each and every visit. Fortunately my daughter is getting her braces off and I never have to return. That is the best music to my ears. If I could I'd give this place negative stars.
