  • This hotel was in the heart of Cleveland and the staff was so great. The room had what we needed and the location was perfect. There was a young man named Antonio at the front desk and we happened to mention the reason we were there ( my husband was having a birthday) and we thought nothing of having said it. This young man sent a bottle of champagne and strawberries, with a hand written card to our room and it wished him a Happy Birthday and us a great trip. My husband loves football, rock n roll and baseball, perfect place to honor all of it. Thanks to the staff for giving us a warm welcome.
