  • I have been to the Majestic more times than I can count for all sorts of shows and dance parties. Majestic lands some of the best concerts around. Madison is pretty lucky to have this venue with awesome rotation of shows. The venue is decent for the size however it is very tight when a show is sold out. The multi tiered floors is great for shorties like myself. However if I don't get there early I it makes it hard to get a decent spot where I can see. They have a decent beer selection and prices are not bad for a music venue. I've seen worse (prices and selection) at other venues. 4 Stars because it is often slow getting into the venue, typically there is one or two people working the security/checking tickets. With it being an older venue it can be dusty and can cause allergy flair ups. The bathrooms are downstairs and you can expect a line between the opener and main act. Lastly... I rarely see the upstairs balcony open to the public, or an option to purchase tickets. I am not a young pup anymore and tend to stay out of the "pit".
