  • I called Infinity Cooling and Heating on New Year's Eve expecting to not get anyone for the next few days. To my surprise, someone was able to make it to my home within a few hours. Dennis came to our home, diagnosed our heater, and was very detailed in explaining exactly what was going on with our heater and what our options were. He seemed very knowledgeable of how our heater worked in spite of our heater system incredibly old. He was extremely helpful and very honest through the whole process. If I ever have issues with my AC or heater, without a doubt I will call infinity cooling.
