  • This gym is perfect to get a quick workout in. Best time to go in from 10-3pm. It's almost dead in there at those times! Busy times are usually 7-10am and 4-7pm. People before work and after work. Understandable. The staff is very friendly and upbeat. Always saying hi and bye. They even know members by first names! They are also willing to help anyone that has a question about a machine or needs a spot. Trainers are very knowledgeable and personally, I have a trainer and i love the program. The cleanliness of the gym is amazing!! Everything is so clean and the employees are always cleaning something. $10 a month..can't beat it! I got the Lime Card $20 a month, month 2 month since I travel all over and work out with a buddy. Great gym. Would be great if they got a stair climber like Thomas does. Definitely recommend this gym to everyone!
