Total lack of communication, they had ordered all the parts for a simple fix on my f-150 window, I was told they would call me when it was done, but it was just a "1 day repair". A week later I call and ask what's going on. His response is "oh I didn't realize your car was still here" and then when I picked it up there was a $100 deductible that was never discussed. I'm totally disgusted with my experience and loss of my truck for a week for no reason. When I asked why the oversight happened I was told "well we are the busiest ford service dept in Arizona, so things leak through the cracks" If you need warranty/service work, and want someone to care about you, your car, or your finances don't take your car to Peoria ford on bell for service, because they don't care.
