  • I've always loved Rula Bula. It's a great, laid-back atmosphere. They've got a great variety of Irish whiskeys, as well as some perfect Irish boxty, a potato pancake. It's quirt hard to find any boxty in AZ, much less something so good as this. The braised (in Guinness) beef boxty is savory, tender and wrapped in that fluffy pancake. NOT a breakfast food, at all.
