  • Some people think that there's some big "secret" or "trick" to running a successful business. The only secret is this: have good products, keep your prices competitive and treat your customers really, really well. That's what they do here, and it works. Go to their web page and read some of the testimonials- they've had some customers for thirty and forty years! You don't stay loyal to a business that long unless they're doing everything right. I haven't been coming here anywhere near that long, but I keep coming back because they just do things right. Oh yeah, and their sub sandwiches are great!
