Apparently the fellow at WIN seems to feel customer service is their specialty. I can tell WIN Home Inspections that when customers are not happy, I do everything possible to make it right.

What's unfortunate we tried to rectify your discontent with our service, I personally was going to go back to the property my self and answer your out of scope questions, and you still went on Yelp like a coward and wrote a nasty review. I bet 100% of your clients at (my company) are always happy with you and your services! What comes around goes around!
