  • I am so upset with Master Cuts! I went in today to get my hair touched up for an interview later today. Ie: covering my roots and redo the rest as it gad faded. I came in and I never got the girls name. She slathered the color on my hair and made no attempt to keep it from getting all over my face and body. She didn't have much care for conversing with me, which made for awakward silence. She finiahed coloring my hair and set a timer for 45min. Most places put a plastic shower cap on to keep the dye from running down any un wanted places. She did not, she just clipped my right side up and left my left side up to gravity. Then she vanished not seeing her again until 5 min after my timer went off and another coworker let her know I was done. I later find out she was having lunch on my time. So she rinses my hair and takes me to the chair. I asked her to just even my hair and give me some bangs, nothing too difficult. Never have I ever felt so degraded with the way she talked to me. She must have just left school, because she treated me like I was a 5 year old who had never gotten a hair cut. I dont know where you want me to look if you don't tell me, so forcefully shoving my head on way or another is not the answer. Then she says all done and whips the cape off me. I told her I was on my way to an interview and I need my hair at the very least dry. So I had to pay an extra $10 to have my hair dryed. If I wanted it fat ironed it would be an extra $20. Im already paying $80 so I was not too ready to throw in an extra $20 just to look decent. I did not tip her because I had dye going down my face and she said it was my fault for not wearing makeup. So I went home and had to scrub nail polish remover all over my face. All in all I will NEVER go back!
