  • I appreciate the size and scope of the store. 5 stars. Couldn't be less impressed with the employees/men that I dealt with back by the simulators. 1-2 stars. They did do the bare minimum of what I asked by getting me a club and some balls to hit. They were not pushy so I appreciated that as well. It was not busy at all on a Thursday afternoon. I was excited for golf because the Masters has started and I had the bug for a new driver. I wanted to compare a few before buying one. I hit two of them but I still wanted more feedback. I got a minimal "how did they feel" but nothing more. No one even asked if I was considering a new purchase. No suggestions. No offers to help me find what I was looking for. I really have no idea if they even have any golf knowledge. My time ran out in the simulator and that was about it. I wanted to see the results and I was told they disappeared after a minute or two. I left and got everything I hoped for from Golf Galaxy.
