I had a great "Teriyaki Experience" at the Toronto Zoo and thought I'd try this one as well. Instead of cooking the vegetable and meat "teriyaki-style", they just heat it quickly, add some water and then pour generous amounts of sauce on it afterwards, and reluctantly followed my request to cook the chicken a little more. All the sauce stays at the bottom of the bowl so you don't even get to really eat it, the food was bland, no flavor.
