rev:text	This place is huge, massive, but maybe that is why it is so poorly managed. The elevators are confusing with Red, Green and Blue color coding and many guests got into the wrong ones. I almost did too. They say they have balconies which they do, but the locks on the doors were do tight that I could not get into the balcony of my room. The rooms were small, the windows were small with more wall than window which made the room dark. The interiors were drab and old. The bedsheets smelled of cigarette smoke. The Bathroom was okay and clean. I prefer to turn up the AC to cool the room down to about 62F at night and the setting went down. The AC unit blew air, but it didn't seem to be cooling at all. It was warm that night. While checking out, I told this to the front desk lady and she nonchalantly said that they shut off the cooling in the entire hotel during October! What a joke, when they charge around $400 for a night, they better turn everything on. The lady asked if I wanted a hardcopy of the receipt, I asked if she could email it and she said yes. They had my email address. 4 days and counting, no receipt yet. Restaurant options in the hotel are not good. TV channels work at times and were blurry at others. Internet was available through the hotel but the bandwidth would cause it to crawl. Maybe they shut down that too to cut costs. On the positive side, there was a decent complimentary breakfast every morning for the "Club" room folks (and maybe others). Overall, this place is disappointing, and I will not be staying here again. I travel to Toronto a lot for work and will be skipping this place.
