  • Tuff Shed Phoenix came out and installed our shed, and put the window on the west side when we specifically told them to put it on the east side. Now we get the scorching afternoon sun right in our shed. They also left gaps in the ceiling and damaged the door. We called them right away and they said they would get back to us. Two weeks later they showed up at our door with no call or appointment. We were unable to give them access at that time. A week after that we were on the phone with them and all they would do was put a window on the opposite side. They ended up giving us a credit of three hundred dollars for repairs that we did ourselves. They also said that people call them for a shed because they are the best. Maybe that used to be true, but when you are met with that kind of pious attitude and your experience with them was not the kind that meets with your satisfaction, it's far from being true for us. They also chipped the cement pad we paid to have put in prior to them coming out. The workmanship I expected to see for spending the kind of money they ask for was just not there. Next time we will not call Tuff Shed.
