  • Called twice to make a reservation. Was told both times it wasn't needed. Just now walked in and were told it's a half hour wait. Me: "But I called twice to make a reservation and was told it wasn't necessary" Host: "it's not required, but there's reservations ahead of you" YEA. THAT'S WHY I TRIED TO MAKE A RESERVATION IN THE FIRST PLACE. SO WE WOULDN'T HAVE TO SIT HERE FOR HALF AN HOUR. What the heck? Monumentally annoying and pretty unprofessional.
