The manager on duty was very kind but by far the worst crew that I have come across. Not only did the crew between 3:30-4:00am refuse service to multiple customers because their kitchen was "closed" even though they are advertised as a 24/7 Restaurant, they also had the audacity to be disrespectful. The kiosks had started working so we went to place our order through the system when the female member of the front counter snapped at us saying they were closed and it's our problem if we order despite the manager saying it was permitted. She also quoted an hour to an hour and a half for the kitchen to reopen. Absolutely appalled by the customer service from front counter staff. Customers should not have to hear staff mumbling under their breath about not wanting to provide service for no reason. I hope this will not be a reoccurring situation as we frequent this location often and have never come across such poor customer service.
