  • Agreed with all of these negative reviews. We, too, had the WORST experience with Blinds 'n Shutters! They are simply a low class company who should really be out of business. Just as stated by all the other reviewers, those two brothers (The brother who says he's the owner and his even more idiotic brother Bo, who then takes over) are just plain disrespectful, rude, unethical, low-class individuals, and I suppose they represent this company juast as such. You will be treated that way. Many staff members have left including their designers for unethical practices by these two. They will not maintain any integrity with quality, customer service, or anything. Both have no knowledge of installation or their products in general - as evidenced when, after staff had left, they tried and put up some curtain rails themselves, which was quite comical, but yet distressful, as they just displayed their foolishness as business owners and people. They didnt even know how high to hang a curtain rail for standard curtains asking us what height it should be! They do not keep up with any promises in their contract! It took months to finally complete our order to somehwat satisfaction. Just like others, we had to battle in court too and they thought that they knew law too by putting a lien on the project...for which again, we made them look foolish in front of the judicial system. Just simply shameful is this company, which has been reported to the BBB. After all that has been said on here alone, I wouldn't be surprised if this company remains much longer. Please - to avoid any heartache yourselves, seek elsewhere than Blinds 'n Shutters and avoid these two low class business owners!
