  • I swore by these guys after an attempted gouging by Parker & Son. I called the other night after my Pressure Regulator Valve blew due to the freeze we had. When I spoke to the tech he told me they we're at a premium and would have to pay extra. I asked "so your telling me your gouging me" He said flat out "Basically Yes". What kind of idiot does such a thing? Told me my bill was going to be $600 plus dollars and had no idea if he could do it and would "call me". No thanks, I called Ben Franklin, did it for the normal price of 389 plus the emergency trip charge, he was there in an hour an gone in another hour. Avoid Brazil like the plague...
