  • We have had Bulwark for, I think, over two years now. Today I had the pleasure of getting my exterminating services by our tech, Charles "Chuck" Allen. I have had the pleasure of having Chuck come to my house and perform his services with the greatest and most professional demeanor I've seen in some time. He was kind, courteous, and always shows up with a smile. He takes his time to ask if there are any concerns and ensures that everything is done to take care of any unexpected pest related issues. A while ago my next door neighbor noticed Chuck working on my yard and wanted to offer cash upfront to spray his yard due to some yard work he had done that may have caused a large amount of roaches to be forced out into my and other houses. He felt sorry and wanted to make sure the infestation didn't invade my house or someone else. Chuck smiled and said that he would not have an issue taking care of it. I told him that I had no issue for him to take care of my neighbors yard before hand. He sprayed his yard, proceeded to take care of mine, and still managed to have time to have a nice conversation with my neighbor. His personality definitely made that Saturday mood much better. Chuck may have even received a new customer... At least I hope so. I am proud to have Bulwark as my exterminating company and Chuck as my tech. A++ for both of them.
