  • i saw dr shaffi,he seemed very professional and approved my colonoscpy,that when things went south.usually when you leave someone sets an appointment,well she said i'll call you wait in the waiting room,ok well was there for 45 minutes and left told the person at the window and she seemed to care less said someone appointment setter would call.well that never happened.i call and told the lady i need to have the procedure done,we decided on the 14th of june,on the 8th i called the office and asked what do i need to do she asked what pharmacy and told her and gave my e mail address,its the day before nothing has been done at pharmacy or e mail,just called and canceled my appointment,and after i told her why she could care less well sorry you feel that way.i'm a vet and am very ticked off at that response,not only her but the appointment setter and the lady that takes your intake as a new patient,the last procedure was done at the VA and they were so friendly and PROFESSIONAL,not like the bafoons in this office,and i am not talking about the doctor
