Very poor customer service. Called to ask a simple question about an item in stock, said I had no problem being put on hold, seeing as how this store was listed on the website of the beverage I was looking for. Was put on hold for longer than 15 minutes and realize that "Matt" was be busy as I heard every interaction with each customer that came in. The store isn't that close to me so I didn't want to just drive there if they didn't have it even if it had been on the website. After being on hold that long, he hung up on me and never got back on the line. I called back and he said they didn't carry the beverage. ( though I know he never checked )Thanks for the great customer service. Guess I'll never know when you will have it too. I understand he was too busy, especially for a customer service call.
Next time just hang up at the beginning of the call and save me the trouble of having to wait that long to not have bothered from the beginning.
