  • Today I called in an order for my kids. I waited 5 minutes on hold before they took my order. When I went to pick it up, I gave the middle aged, large man my groupon. He said I could not use it on the order. My groupon does not say not mention that it could not be used for a take out order. I said really? Yes, was the rely. I said I'll eat the pizza here then. He said no! I said, ok then I won't buy it. He said ok, with the absolute worst attitude ever. Now, this is not the first bad experience I've encountered here but I truly try to overlook people's attitudes. Therefore, I can't recommend this place because I like to be treated with kindness and respect. The proper response from this business should have been: I'm sorry Miss but your Groupon cannot be used on take out orders, I'll let you use it today but please know it is not our policy.
