  • I was in Cage World today with my husband and we experienced the same awful conditions mentioned in the other reviews. Several cockatoos shoved into a cage sized for one, maybe two, at the most. Extremely rude service from the staff. There were two women in the back part of the store who did not greet us at all upon entering the store. We were there for maybe 10 minutes or so before anyone came to ask us if we needed help and we were the only ones in there. It was not busy...for obvious reasons! The most horrific conditions that I have ever seen in a pet store. If this is "the" place to go for birds and supplies, then Arizona is in a bad way! I will never step foot in that place and am seriously considering calling animal control. Birds is aquariums like fish. A Toucan in the back with filthy water and no food with a broken beak. AWFUL!!!!!!! Please DO NOT go to this store!
