  • I haven't been to ihop in awhile. What was quoted as a 10 minute to go order, quickly turned into a pain. I had to keep asking about my order. Nobody answered me. I ended up having to wait an extra 20 minutes. I understand places get busy, but it's ridiculous when you ask a question and never get an answer. I finally had to ask the manager. Then I'm told they ran out of what I wanted. So you couldn't tell me, or call me. What a joke.
