DON'T reserve a room here. With so many options around, it was a mistake to stay here.
I reserved a room for two nights. Upon check in, I was told that at 11 am the second day I would have to come downstairs to check out and check back in. No room change. Excuse me? Wake up to check out and check in for my second day? There was apparently nothing that could be done to avoid this inconvenience. However, we called again to see why we would have to re check out and in. Come to realize we could do this at midnight. 2 am rolls around and we go to re check out/in to be told we have to wait till 4 am. Seriously? After talking back and forth, the auditor checked us out and in and were able to avoid waking up in the morning to do it.
The worst part about this hotel though is the manager, Christopher. He was the one who initially told us the check in/out scenario. His disrespect was appalling. The second morning we call to get more towels. He asks how many, I said three. He then replies, "no I'll send two" and hangs up the phone. How dare someone with a title of manager disrespect a paying customer.
Seriously, save your money and go anywhere but here. I will never refer anyone to this place, instead tell them the awful experience.
